Why you can trust the numbers.
A dashboard that lies once gets double-checked forever, and then it isn’t glanceable any more. These are commitments, not features.
Restarts never fabricate a spike.
Rates are computed from stamped receive times. Replayed history can update totals; it can never mint a burn rate.

When first-party telemetry is available it owns the counts outright. Two sources never feed one average.

Which agents does it support today?
Claude Code, fully: session state, the exact blocked command, token burn, cost, and context telemetry. The Fleet tier adds OpenAI Codex CLI and Google Gemini CLI adapters, plus anything that speaks OpenTelemetry - and every future adapter is included, never sold separately.
Does my code or terminal output leave my network?
No. Session metadata flows from your machine to a small local hub you run, and screens on your LAN read from it. The only future exception is the Command tier’s historic analytics, which is opt-in and clearly marked - the live board never depends on any cloud.
What do I need to run it?
A Mac running Claude Code. The Apple TV and iPhone apps are optional screens. No server, no Docker, no terminal setup.
Couldn’t I build this myself with hooks?
A basic version, absolutely, in a weekend. Then agent payloads change shape, your burn chart lies after a restart, and the board you built to save attention starts costing it. The product is the maintenance and the discipline, not the plumbing.
Is it a subscription?
The board is not: Fleet is a one-time purchase and stays yours. The later Command tier, which adds remote approve/deny and history, is a small subscription because it runs ongoing infrastructure. Watching is bought; steering is rented.
When can I get it?
TestFlight first, then the App Store. Join the notify list below and you’ll hear exactly once when each happens.
Phone alerts when I’m away from home?
Version one alerts on your own network only, because that keeps the privacy story absolute. An opt-in relay for away-from-home alerts is under consideration, and would carry alert metadata only.
Does it slow my sessions down?
No. Reporting is fire-and-forget with hard timeouts measured in milliseconds, and heavy work is throttled at the source. The board going stale is always preferred over your session waiting.
What about teams?
Single-operator first. If enough people ask for shared boards, that becomes the second act.
